THE ABIDING
Presence remains
This transition emerges from the Reclaim phase.
The Essence of The Abiding
The Abiding begins when nothing rises to replace what has released.
Effort has stepped aside.
Neutrality holds.
What remains does not need to justify itself.
It stays because it is sufficient.
This is not waiting.
It is not suspension.
It is the condition in which presence no longer negotiates its right to remain.
The system stands without strain,
untouched by urgency or absence.
Energetic Field
In The Abiding, energy stabilizes.
Circulation neither expands nor contracts.
It holds its place.
Nothing reaches outward.
Nothing withdraws further.
Energy settles into a steady field
that does not require direction.
The system does not prepare for movement.
It sustains itself as it is.
Governing Stance
The Abiding is held by constancy.
Presence does not assert itself.
It does not recede.
The system recognizes
that remaining is no longer effortful.
What is true does not need reinforcement.
What is complete does not require motion.
Stability is not maintained.
It simply persists.
Somatic Orientation
In The Abiding, the body stays.
Posture holds without correction.
Breath moves without regulation.
There is no pull toward action
and no drift toward collapse.
The body senses continuity
without needing to engage it.
Stillness does not feel temporary.
It feels inhabitable.
Integration
Integration in The Abiding is residence.
Presence remains intact
without guarding or vigilance.
Nothing signals the need to move on.
Nothing signals return.
The Abiding completes
when remaining no longer feels like a pause
and becomes the ground itself.
What follows will not interrupt this.
It will emerge from it.
